Adele yang berusia 23 tahun mengungguli Anugerah Grammy 2012 dengan memenangi semua anugerah yang telah dikategori iaitu melengkapkan kemenangan dengan memenangi 'Rekod of the Year' dua anugerah akhir untuk 'Rolling Dalam Deep' dan 'Album Tahun untuk' '21 pada majlis itu.
Selain itu, si rambut coklat tersebut juga memenangi Anugerah Grammy 2012 dengan menang anugerah lagu terbaik iaitu lagu 'Rolling Dalam Deep', ' Artis SoloTerbaik' untuk ' ‘Someone Like You’, ' Vokal Terbaik Album Pop ' For ''21 dan 'Music Video Pendek Terbaik' untuk 'Rolling In The Deep'. Beliau juga menerima Anugerah Grammy daripada bintang seperti Lady LLCool J dan Diana Ross. Beliau sangat emosi dan menitiskan airmata semasa naik ke pentas membuat ucapan .
